Care of Books in Transit

Please be aware: As the bags and cases are top loading, books should be placed in the padded bag spine first to prevent damage to the books during the packing and unpacking process.

Books should never be transported without the protective bag supplied with the case. Lost bags can be replaced at a cost of £30+VAT

Location Service

We offer a security system whereby your books in transit, to and from the studio, can have their location traced should they not arrive when scheduled. This adds an extra layer of security and piece of mind. Any books not arriving on schedule will have their whereabouts established and delivered to you as soon as possible.
